Amaranth is an edible, gluten-free, grain seed. Its high in protein and packed with nutrition. Amaranth is a great flour alternative for breakfast meals and other baked goods.


Many people who use amaranth are allergic to wheat.


Amaranth is an excellent source of manganese, iron, magnesium, and phosphorus, and is a healthy source of vitamin B6.


    Store your amaranth in an air-tight container away from heat and light, or just like you'd store any other grains or flours.

    Amaranth should last no less than 6mon in room temperature conditions.
