Nastutium is sold by the entire plant. Our plant leaves have a slightly warm peppery flavour similar to watercress and rocket. The flowers are milder with sweet nectar. The seeds, are full of fragrance and spice.
 
Nasturtium leaves are high in vitamin C to support strong immune system health, iron and other minerals. While the flowers are plentiful in vitamins B1, B2, B3 and C and also contain manganese, iron, phosphorus and calcium.
